ProjectsOver the years our research of buildings in New York have mainly focused on two types of projects - personal and commercial. For the personal owner there is the curiosity of who lived in their home before, whether there was anyone famous, if any noteworthy events occurred, and what everyone seems to want to know - are there any ghosts. Other owners want to have complete knowledge of their building for construction projects and to pass the information to subsequent owners.
In the real estate community there is a great increase in desire to raise the bar to market the uniqueness of the building. Sellers and buyers alike want to know who built the home, whether the architect is/was well-known, and if so, what other buildings they designed. This may increase the value and brings an exclusive look to the listing which makes it distinct among comparable properties. Some buyers have wanted to know the vibe of the building - what type of character owned or had the home built. Check out the sampling of projects below for ideas. |
