Description of Project:Home was studied for physical clues. Then research was conducted at the record room at the Buildings Department to obtain chain of deeds and develop a list of owners. A list of occupants was created through the use of directories. The owners and occupants were then searched within census records, newspapers, archival books and family papers to create the story of each individual during the time of ownership or occupation. Stories of local events and how the occupants or owners participated were included. Maps, government documents, building records, articles and archived books and papers were collected to develop the history of the architect, builder and style of the home. All information was included in the professionally edited report.

HISTORY TO SHARE WITH NEXT OWNER
Objective: to document a complete history of the house, discover the construct date, builder/architect, provide a building prospectus for future owners, and a published book for family and interested individuals.
Information Provided by Client: Client provided professional photographs, published write-ups and newspaper articles.
House Date: 1832
Description of Project: A site visit was made to photograph and review the building's architecture for development of an Architectural Review. Collaborated with other professionals to clarify materials and oddities peculiar to the building. Research was then conducted to develop a complete history of the owners, occupants, neighbors, events and a description of what part each played in the local and national events. Photographs, maps and newspaper clippings were added to the report as it was developed. The report and review were professionally edited and then uploaded to Dropbox in PDF format. All supporting materials were uploaded for use by collaborative professionals during layout, editing and publishing stages.
