Objective:to create an information sheet to be used at a broker open and for prospective buyers. To also use the information of the occupants in a creative way at an exclusive broker open.

Description of project:Research was conducted to provide agent with a complete history of the architect, builder, owners and noted occupants. Details of the architectural features were included with all other information in a documented report. The information was used to develop a short history of the property and highlighted the notable occupants. Creatively, at the broker open, the agent hired a musician to play some of the music composed by a previous owner. She also had two types of drinks created and named after two other famous occupants served the evening of the exclusive broker open.

INFORMATION SHEET FOR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS
Objective: to develop a history of the building from the purchase of the property to include major changes, and the life story of the architect for development of an information sheet.
Information provided by agent: Address of co-op.
Description of project:Information on the history of the building's construction, its architect and his other notable designs were researched. A bullet-point list was created to include the building's description, alterations, features and its history from the purchase of the land to the mid-20th century. A similar list was created for the architect regarding his life's story and the buildings of note that he designed. Archival photos of the architect, the building and the original floor layout were included for the agent to develop an information sheet for prospective buyers.
Lead time:typically 2 - 3 weeks. This project was completed in less than one week.
